🛶 Tour Guides – Lead visitors on boat trips, walks, and cultural experiences

🏕 Camp Ranger – Help manage our remote camp and assist guests in Tasermiut

🚤 Boat Captains – Operate our boats and bring guests safely through fjords

🚢 Cruise Coordinator – Meet cruise ships and manage shore excursions

⚓ Support Staff – Be a runner, help with logistics, and make everything run smoothly

Tour Guides:

✔️ Fluent in English & Greenlandic

✔️ Passionate about Greenland’s nature, culture, and history

✔️ Enjoy talking to people and leading groups

✔️ Adventure Guide or Arctic Guide certification (not required, but a plus!)

Boat Captains:

✔️ 12-pax maritime certification required

✔️ Experience at sea and strong leadership skills

✔️ Fluent in English & Greenlandic

Cruise Coordinator:

✔️ Fluent in English & Greenlandic

✔️ Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate groups

Support Staff – for Youth under 18:

✔️ Reliable and ready to help with practical tasks
